Jean Swindle, East Tennessee State University

Jean Swindle is an assistant professor in the Department of Educational Foundations and Special Education at East Tennessee State University. Dr. Swindle holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Leadership with a focus on language learning, evaluation, and the social and cultural foundations of education.
