Karen Rayner, Eastern Michigan University

Karen A. Rayner is an experienced international educator and current doctoral fellow in the Department of Leadership and Counselling at Eastern Michigan University. Her research interests focus on the impacts of multicultural frameworks and educational leadership practice on organizational health and educator well-being.
