Sarah A. Robert is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Educational Policy Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of Education. Her doctoral research examines the changing state-education-society relationship in Buenos Aires,, Argentina from the perspective of public high school teachers.
