Reseña de Aprender de las Prácticas: Didáctica de la Formación en Centros de Trabajo, por F. Marhuenda Fluixa et al. (Coords.)
Abstract
This book presents research on work training strategies, based on a project called “Work Experience as an Educational and Training Strategy: New Approaches for the 21st Century”. By law (Ley Orgánica de Ordenación General del Sistema Educativo), work training strategies were to be applied in the Spanish educational system as of 1990— the results of ten years of this educational experience have been explored and analyzed by the authors.
As an educational tool, work training strategies have been identified as key in order to preparestudents to interact efficiently with the work environment. Specifically, since the advance of technology is faster than that of the educational system, the kinds of educational strategies provided by work educational programs of the kind explored in this book have proven to be an adequate response to overcome the gap between school and work environments.
