Abstract
This book is the result of collaborative work among the Teacher’s Unión in the Province of Córdoba, Argentina, and the FLACSO (Latinamerican School of Social Sciences). This research project was supported by UNICEF and took place during 2000-2001. The general question guiding the research project was formulated as: “what are the perspectives of youngsters living in challenging socioeconomic conditions about their daily lives?”
