Isabel Pinho has a PhD in Management from University of Aveiro, Portugal, entitled: Knowledge Management in Research Centers - Barriers / Facilitators. Post-doc in Higher Education from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, about Research Networks. Post-doc on Evaluation, from University of Aveiro, Portugal, about Research Evaluation and Impact. Expert on Knowledge Management, Data Management and Research Evaluation. Has a MSc in Information Management and a MSc in Public Management. Member of Latin American Studies Association, University of Pittsburg. Member of InovAval- Inovação e Avaliação na Universidade. Member of GOVCOPP - Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies.
