In a world full of diversity, the classroom can be a place where all the students feel safe with their learning struggles. To build an inclusive classroom, teachers must reflect on their own practices and how they are informed by racial position, ethical perspective, linguistic identities, socio-economic status, current/previous traumas, cultural situation, social media influences, and other factors. This book encourages readers to think deeply about this process and ways to help make their own classroom inclusive for all.
