Dorothy Moulthrop, Ohio State University

Dorothy Moulthrop is a doctoral student in Educational Policy at The Ohio State University. Her research focuses on federal educational reform policies, teacher mobility, and the relationship between policy creation and implementation. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in Comparative Literature and Italian, her teaching license from the University of California at Berkeley, and her master’s degree in Education from Ursuline College.
