Clive Belfield, City University of New York

Clive Belfield is professor of economics at the City University of New York and principal economist at the Center for Benefit-Cost Studies in Education, University of Pennsylvania. His area of research is the economics of education, with a specialism in benefit-cost analysis and cost-effectiveness analysis.
