Joshua Weishart, Suffolk University Law School
Prior to joining the Suffolk Law faculty, Joshua Weishart was the Thomas R. Goodwin Professor of Law at the West Virginia University College of Law, where he taught for twelve years. Before entering academia, he was an associate at Severson & Werson in San Francisco and a law clerk to Judge Robert B. King of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. A Truman Scholar, Weishart earned a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from West Virginia University, an M.Phil. in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, and his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
