Lisa Rose Johnson, Assistant Professor Mississippi State University-Meridian

Lisa Rose Johnson Ed.D. is an assistant professor of Special Education at Mississippi State University-Meridian. Prior to joining the faculty at MSU-M she spent over ten years as a classroom teacher in Louisiana and New Jersey. She taught students with high incidence disabilities and students who required English as a Second Language (ESL) support. Her work focuses on helping classroom teachers meet the needs of all learners, and increasing awareness of the specific needs of Generation 1.5 students.
