Dr. Delis Cuéllar is the Early Years Associate Researcher at WIDA at the Wisconsin Center for Education Research, part of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Past professional experience includes Assistant Professor of Child Development at Humboldt State University, Research Associate at the University of Oregon, and Postdoctoral Researcher at the National Institute for Early Education Research at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
