Denver J. Fowler, Ed.D., currently serves as Chair of the Ed.D. program and Professor of PK-12 Educational Leadership at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.  His research is focused on ethics, leadership, the superintendency, the principalship, and educational technology.

Sarah M. Jouganotos, California State University-Sacremento

Sarah M. Jouganotos, Ed.D., currently serves as Program Coordinator of the M.A. program and Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at California State University, Sacramento.  Her research is focused on leadership practice, social justice, equity, instructional best practices, and underserved students.
