John Essington, Blackburn College

John Essington is a professor of education and is the founder and director of The Center for Faculty Development and Inclusive Teaching at Blackburn College. He previously taught secondary social studies for seven years in St. Louis, MO. Dr Essington is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and primarily focuses on creating a more varied understanding of inclusive classrooms while focusing on international educational collaborations.
