Author Biography

Pedro Flores-Crespo, Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro

Visiting Scholar at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (2019-2020). His main research areas are as follows, education policy analysis and the relationship between higher education and human development. He served as the Network Coordinator of the Human Development and Capability Association, which was founded by Amartya Sen, a Nobel Laurate in Economics and Martha Nussbaum. He also was appointed as the Editor-in-Chief of the Revista Mexicana de Investigación Educativa (COMIE) and Revista Interamericana de Educación de Adultos (Crefal).
